Flower Wrapped Sage

These hand wrapped floral sustainably sourced Sage are used to cleanse your space of negative energy and lingering bacteria in the air.

Directions: 
1. Open window for slight breeze. This allows the smoke to dispel & allows negative energy to leave your space. 




2. Light end of stick for about 15 seconds. While holding flame at bottom, slowly rotate to generate smoke. Blow out flame. The Sage stick should be lit, just remember to use caution! You may have to relight as it is natural for burn out in the first 3 minutes.


3. Gently hold stick and wave in circle, with special intention in mind. :)

4. When you are ready, put out in ash tray or metal jar.
